Welcome!
I’m glad you’re here.
If you’ve found your way to SixtyandCurious, chances are you’re someone who believes that curiosity doesn’t have an expiration date. I certainly do.
I’m in my sixties, and I’ve discovered that life doesn’t slow down because we get older—it simply gives us new opportunities to learn, grow, and see the world differently. Every day brings another question worth exploring, another skill worth learning, another place worth visiting, or another lesson worth sharing.
This blog is where I explore those ideas.
You’ll find articles about technology that makes life easier, business and personal finance, health and fitness, travel, history, and the life lessons that come from decades of experience. Some posts will be practical. Others will be reflective. A few may simply be about something I found fascinating and thought you might enjoy too.
I’m not an expert on everything—and I don’t pretend to be.
I’m simply someone who enjoys asking questions, doing the research, trying new things, and sharing what I learn along the way. If something saves time, improves life, sparks an idea, or makes me think differently, there’s a good chance I’ll write about it.
One thing you’ll notice is that I value common sense, lifelong learning, and respectful conversation. The world is full of noise. My hope is that this blog becomes a place where readers can slow down, discover something useful, and maybe even leave with a fresh perspective.
Whether you’re approaching retirement, starting a new chapter, building a business, improving your health, planning your next adventure, or just curious about the world, I hope you’ll find something here that speaks to you.
Thank you for stopping by.
I hope you’ll visit often, join the conversation, and continue learning alongside me.
Because no matter how many birthdays we’ve celebrated, there’s always something new to discover.
Stay curious,
Robert
